Return Process

  Log into your Grandeur account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our atelier.
